Our volunteer team have been working hard behind the scenes to get everything sorted for our Annual Garage Sale tomorrow.

We are on at 8am, rain or shine! ⛅️

A reminder that if you’re early to the sale, either lining up beforehand or some of the first people in the doors, to please be mindful of others 🙏

We will be accepting cash, EFTPOS and credit card (no payWave).

Please no large bags inside. We have a “Shop N Drop” outside, where you can leave your larger bags/items (great if you have purchased some things but still want to keep shopping hands free).

Our sausage sizzle will be $3 for one or $5 for two.

We look forward to having you, and hope you enjoy finding some great deals and giving some items a second life 🙌

“Leave me alone with God as much as can be. As the tide draws the waters close in upon the shore make me an island, set apart, alone with you, God, holy to You. Then with the turning of the tide, prepare me to carry your presence to the busy world beyond, the world that rushes in on me, until the waters return and enfold me back to you.”

They then spent some time with God - “on an island” - just like St Aidan - set apart and alone with God.

The walkers had a chilly walk on Saturday in Cornwall Park, with luckily most of the rain missing them. They then had some extras join them at the Bistro for a hot cuppa ☕️
